    Personal training is for absolutely everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience in a gym. Everyone can benefit from personal training.

  • What happens during the initial consultation and assessment? 

    I will spend time getting to know you, what your lifestyle is like and establish what will work for you.

  • How many sessions per week are recommended, and how long do they typically last? 

    A minimum of one a week is recommended, but the more time spent together the more you will learn and develop. Sessions last 1 hour.
