My Story
My journey into fitness began with an opportunity to play college football after finishing school. During those two years, I discovered a profound passion for the gym and the transformative power of training. After college, I was certain that I wanted to channel this passion into helping others achieve their fitness goals.​
I qualified as a personal trainer and secured a position in a gym, where I developed my skills and deepened my understanding of effective training methods. Alongside this, I spent four summers in America serving as an assistant director at a summer camp, an experience that enriched my leadership and coaching abilities.​
Eventually, I decided to dedicate myself entirely to personal training. By expanding my knowledge and investing time in my clients, I built a substantial client base, which inspired me to establish my own personal training business. Training quickly became more than a profession—it became my lifestyle.
